How do I return?
We hope you are delighted with your Aurélie purchase, however if you need to return an item we will gladly do so.
You have 14 days from delivery to return your product and according to the following returns conditions:
- Items must be in unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in original condition
- All tags must remain in place
- Pierced jewellery, hair accessories, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
- Sale items are only returnable for store credit
- We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the above conditions are not met.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your return. Once your return request is confirmed via email, please send back the items with your order delivery note to the following address, and under your own postage arrangements.

Please note we do not offer free returns, except in the rare event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However we also monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued/excessive returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, and may lead to the closure of your Aurélie account or future orders being refused.
Where is my refund?
We will issue your return upon receipt of your item. Please allow 3-5 days for processing. Please be aware that it can take your bank a further 2-10 days for the funds to appear back in your bank account depending on the card/payment issuer.
Aurélie is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
