RETURNS

How do I return? 

We hope you are delighted with your Aurélie purchase, however if you need to return an item we will gladly do so.

You have 14 days from delivery to return your product and according to the following returns conditions:
- Items must be in unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in original condition with no make-up marks
- All tags must remain in place
- Sale items are only returnable for store credit
- We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the above conditions are not met.

Please note we do not offer free returns, except in the rare event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item.

Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However we also monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued/excessive returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, and may lead to the closure of your Aurélie account or future orders being refused.
International Returns 
For items that are not suitable, they may of course be returned as per our returns policy. 
International Customs: For all international orders outside of the UK, customs import charges may apply. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the customs charges and we do not refund orders when a customer decides to reject the customs import charges out of choice (which automatically sends the order back to us at Aurélie via our shipper DPD). A refund or credit note will be offered minus the cost of the shipping charges. 
Where is my refund?
We will issue your return upon receipt of your item. Please allow 3-5 days for processing. Please be aware that it can take your bank a further 2-10 days for the funds to appear back in your bank account depending on the card/payment issuer.  
Aurélie is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
