When your order ships we will provide tracking details to allow you to trace the progress of your new clothes, and to give you peace of mind.

UK Delivery Charges 

Delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 24 £4.50

  • Order Monday – Friday for delivery within 2-3 working days
  • Orders made on a Saturday will be delivered from Tuesday onwards
  • We deliver Monday – Friday 
  • Full tracking by Royal Mail 
  • Option to choose to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place

FREE delivery with Royal Mail for orders over £150 (2-3 days)

International Delivery Charges

USA standard delivery - £20 shipped via DPD tracked delivery (5-8 days)

FREE USA delivery - For all orders over £250 shipped via DPD (5-8 days) 

When a package is dispatched internationally it may be subject to import taxes, Custom Duties and Fees imposed by the destination country and the fees are the buyer’s (your) responsibility.

Please note:- There can be delays with shipments at customs and this could affect the delivery date of your items.

Delivery Terms

- Pre-order - Please note that any orders made including those that have pre-order products within the order will be dispatched in full once the pre-order item(s) have arrived at Aurélie. 

Delivery times:  Please see your DPD tracking details for up to date tracking.

- Unclaimed & Uncollected Parcels:  If your order is returned to us we will contact you to arrange a further delivery. Charges may apply.

- Delivery Address: Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies.

- International Customs: For all international orders outside of the UK, customs import charges may apply. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the customs charges and we do not refund orders when a customer decides to reject the customs import charges out of choice (which automatically sends the order back to us at Aurélie via our shipper DPD). A refund or credit note will be offered minus the cost of the shipping charges.
